Cold plunging is safe if you're reasonably fit and have no history of arrhythmias, high blood pressure, diabetes, poor circulation or heart problems.
It is also advised that anyone with Raynaud's phenomenon, which causes decreased blood flow to the fingers, avoid cold plunging altogether.
Infrared Sauna
​The dry heat generated in an infrared sauna can cause you to become overheated, and if used for a prolonged session, it can also cause dehydration and even heat exhaustion or heat stroke. Just like regular saunas, those high temperatures may also induce certain side effects, especially in those with pre-existing conditions or poor immune system function. Always check with your healthcare provider first before trying any sauna if you fall into this category.

 Do You Provide Towels?

No, you will need to bring your own towel.

 Do You Have Showers Available?

Yes we do! We have both a Men's and a Women's locker Room, each with showers for use. It's required to shower before using our Sauna and Cold Plunge. 

 Does the room have a lock for secured privacy?

Yes, the door to the Recovery Room has a lock to keep your privacy. 

 Do I need to wear a swimsuit or trunks?

You are not required to wear a swimsuit, but many people choose to. A t-shirt and shorts work too, anything you feel comfortable in, even if that's your birthday suit.

 What Filtration System Do You Have?

We have a 2-Step Ultra Filtration System with a 20 micron filter and UV light  that ensures any foreign contaminants are removed prior to entering the unit and the high-flow water pump fully circulates the water.

 What temperature does the Infrared Sauna and the Cold Plunge operate at?

We usually operates the Sauna around 140 -150 Fahrenheit and our Cold Plunge on 39-45 Fahrenheit. We can adjust these temperatures upon request.
