Absolutely nothing! With our "Kick-Start Special" you will receive a pair of hands wraps to keep along with your first free week and gloves to use in class. While you do not need to wear shoes, you may wear boxing or wrestling shoes if you like. We do not however, allow street shoes on our mats.
