WHAT IS CARDIO KICKBOXING?


Cardio kickboxing is a high-energy workout that's guaranteed to get your heart pumping and your clothes sweaty. Cardio Kickboxing is a 45-minute interval-based workout where you will be switching between weight training to calisthenics (bodyweight based), cardio, and striking exercises.

Because kickboxing incorporates upper and lower-body movements too, your whole body will feel the burn. You'll be using several muscle groups, so when you're kicking, you'll also using be the muscles of your standing leg and your core to stay balanced.

During Kickboxing class, you'll perform some moves that will test your coordination skills. You may stand on one leg as you kick your other one into the air. Or you'll hop side to side while punching a bag or shadowboxing. These moves and more will improve your flexibility, balance and mobility.

 Is Cardio Kickboxing Safe?

Yes! Safety is our top priority in all of our programs. Our classes emphasize technique over aggression, ensuring a controlled and safe environment for all participants. 

 Will this really help me gain confidence? 

Absolutely. Cardio Traininig of any kind, especially Kickboxing which is fast paced and tailored to each individuals specific capabilities and goals. Through regular training, your will gain confidence as you build lean muscle, lose fat, gain strength, and get better at kicking and punching.

 What do I need to bring to class?

Absolutely nothing! With our "Kick-Start Special" you will receive a pair of hands wraps to keep along with your first free week and gloves to use in class. While you do not need to wear shoes, you may wear boxing or wrestling shoes if you like. We do not however, allow street shoes on our mats.
